LinkTextFix is designed as a browser-based text cleanup utility. The public version of the tool is intended to process pasted text locally in the browser rather than sending that text through a normal form submission workflow.

1. Text You Paste Into The Tool

When you paste text into LinkTextFix and run the cleaner, that cleanup happens entirely in your browser. Your pasted text is not transmitted to LinkTextFix servers or stored anywhere outside your own device. You should still avoid pasting highly sensitive personal information into any online service, but the public tool does not send your resume or document text anywhere.

2. Contact And Support Messages

If you contact LinkTextFix by email or through the contact form, the information you choose to send may include your name, email address, and message contents. That information is used to respond to support requests, product feedback, and waitlist inquiries. Do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request.

The contact form on this site submits messages through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to and stored by Formspree in order to deliver them to LinkTextFix. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data and can be reviewed at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. If you prefer not to use Formspree, you can email support directly at support@linktextfix.com.

3. Cookies And Local Storage

LinkTextFix may use browser storage or similar local mechanisms to remember basic interface preferences, such as dismissing the site notice. At launch, the site is not intended to rely on heavy tracking just to use the core cleaner.

4. Analytics And Advertising

If analytics, advertising, or similar third-party monetization tools are added later, this policy and any related notice or consent flow should be updated to reflect that change. Until then, users should read the current on-site disclosures as the best description of live behavior.

5. AI Training And Web Crawlers

LinkTextFix blocks known AI training crawlers from accessing this site. This means the content on these pages is not intentionally made available for AI model training by third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

LinkTextFix relies on third-party infrastructure providers. The current providers include:

Cloudflare — used for hosting and content delivery. When you visit this site, Cloudflare processes technical request data including your IP address and browser information in accordance with its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Formspree — used to process contact form submissions. See Section 2 for details. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

If analytics, advertising, or additional third-party tools are added in the future, this section will be updated to name them.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may have the following rights regarding any personal data LinkTextFix holds about you — which in practice means contact form submissions or emails you have sent to support:

Note that because pasted text is processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to LinkTextFix, there is no server-side record of the text you clean with the tool.

8. Data Security

No internet-based service can promise perfect security. LinkTextFix aims to keep the product simple and minimize unnecessary data handling, but users should make their own decisions about what information they choose to paste or send.

9. Children's Privacy

LinkTextFix is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support channel, contact support@linktextfix.com so the issue can be reviewed.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may change as LinkTextFix evolves. When material changes are made, the updated version should be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
